St. Armands Key is home to approximately 200 houses and 50 condos (250 total households), and 150 businesses.

The City of Sarasota promotes neighborhoods and neighborhood associations.  More information can be found here.

Founded in 1951, the purpose of the St. Armands Residents Association is to represent residential interests to local government and to grow the sense of community among all of Sarasota's barrier island neighborhoods. Our members include residents of St. Armands Key, Lido Key and Lido Shores, Longboat Key, Bird Key, and more.
