Sidewalk Stain Instructions

In 2016 and in 2021, the Association applied for and received matching grants from the City to pay for the cost of sidewalk stain, up to a certain amount, for members who signed up and who were willing to apply it, or to have it applied, within a reasonable timeframe.  But not every member wanted to, or was able to, take advantage of this program at those times.  It is unknown when we might run this program again in the future, so, in the meantime, residents can and should just purchase the stain on their own.  We are a voluntary residents association--not an HOA--so we can't make anybody do this, and nor do we want to.  But our goal is to have a consistent, fresh look to St. Armands’ sidewalks, and we appreciate all residents who choose to participate.
